Clavy shows public property, town and neighbourhood pages for the Costa del Sol and prepares property reports. If you need help, have a question or want to report a problem, write to us.

When you write, include the e-mail address of your Clavy account and, for a report or a property, its address or reference, so we can help faster.

Common requests

• Signing in. Clavy signs you in with your e-mail address and a password. If you have forgotten your password, use forgot password. If a verification or reset e-mail does not arrive, check your spam folder and that you used the address on your account, then write to hello@clavy.io.
• Plans and billing. Change or cancel your subscription and find your invoices in the billing portal, opened from billing. The plans are on the pricing page.
• Reports. Your reports are under reports, each with its PDF. A report describes the property as its sources showed it when the report was prepared.
• A fact looks wrong. Write to hello@clavy.io with the property and what looks wrong. Clavy shows each fact as its source publishes it, with its date and resolution level; the methodology explains how to read them. A source's fact stays as the source gives it; an error in Clavy's processing or in a derived value is corrected.
• Your data. Download a copy of your data and remove your saved location on the account page. To delete your account, write to privacy@clavy.io from the address on your account: Clavy's staff delete it and confirm within one month. For any other privacy request, write to privacy@clavy.io.
• Withdrawing from a purchase. If you are a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days from the billing page: the “Withdraw from contract” button asks you to confirm, and we acknowledge by e-mail. You can also write to hello@clavy.io. The terms of service explain which purchases you can withdraw from and when the right ends.
• A security problem. If you find a security problem in Clavy, write to hello@clavy.io and tell us how to reproduce it.

Policies

The trust center gathers every document: the privacy policy, the terms of service, the cookie policy, the sub-processors, the legal notice and the legal information.
