Purpose of the website

This website offers automated market-value estimates for information purposes and property reports for the Costa del Sol, together with the account area in which customers order and keep those reports.

Subscriptions and paid reports are governed by the terms of service.

Intellectual property and sources

The website, its software, design, texts and reports belong to the provider or are used under licence. You may not copy or redistribute them beyond what the terms of service allow.

Property facts are the provider's own elaboration from public sources, chiefly the Dirección General del Catastro, and carry no certificative value. Aerial imagery and municipal boundaries come from the Instituto Geográfico Nacional. Market information comes from sale listings delivered by Scout, a service operated by the same company, Epic House SIA. The towns' 3D models and the area pages also use OpenStreetMap data, open terrain tiles and data of the Junta de Andalucía, the Andalusian transport consortia and the Dirección General de Tráfico.

No endorsement by public bodies

The Dirección General del Catastro, the Instituto Geográfico Nacional, the Instituto de Estadística y Cartografía de Andalucía, the Junta de Andalucía, the Red de Consorcios de Transporte de Andalucía, the Dirección General de Tráfico and the other public bodies whose information is reused here neither participate in nor sponsor or endorse this website or its products, in line with the conditions of Spanish Law 37/2007 on the reuse of public-sector information.
