Explorer is €29.00 a month with 2 reports each month, Pro is €49.00 a month with 5 reports each month and Pro Max is €89.00 a month with 10 reports each month. Paying yearly gives two months free. A single report without a plan is €19.00. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout at your country's rate.
They carry over to the next month, so a quiet month is never wasted. Each month’s allowance stays available for two months; extra reports you buy never expire.
Yes, at any time in Stripe’s secure portal from your billing page. Upgrades are prorated and top up the current month at once; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

Yes. The workspace is available to buyers, owners, agents and investors. Subscriptions suit professionals who compare several properties a month; team plans and saved-search alerts are not available yet.
No. Coverage and the strength of the evidence vary. When there isn’t enough reliable information for an estimate, the property page explains what’s missing. A full report also needs a matched property record.
Documents such as a nota simple and certain licensed comparables are separate from the base report. Availability, fees and any permissions are confirmed before you choose to order them.
