Accessibility statement

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to search for a property, read its facts and value range, and order and read a report. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across this website and the reports it produces.

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. We have not yet completed a full independent audit; this statement is based on our own review.

What we have done

• A skip link, semantic headings and landmarks on every public page.
• Labelled form fields, visible keyboard focus and a minimum text size of 11 pixels.
• Light and dark themes with text contrast above the WCAG AA ratio.
• Reduced motion: animations stop when your system asks for less motion, without hiding information.
• The interface follows your language, and Spanish terms inside English or Russian text are marked as Spanish so screen readers pronounce them correctly.

Known limitations

• The interactive 3D views, the outlook scene and the map views are visual. The same facts are available as text in the property facts and checks sections of each page.
• Downloadable PDF reports are generated as tagged PDFs with a heading outline, but we have not yet tested them with every screen reader. The same report can be read in your workspace as a web page.
• The interface is available in English, Spanish and Russian. The administration screens are in English only.
