With the operators. No bus timetable for Torrox is published as open data, so Clavy shows where each line runs and stops, not when a bus comes. Where an operator offers live arrivals by stop code, the stop's card on the 3D map links to it.
This page and the 3D map show the latest readings from the Dirección General de Tráfico's detectors on the A-7 at Torrox: speed, vehicles per hour and how occupied the lanes are, with the time of each measurement. The flowing, busy, heavy and congested labels are Clavy's own reading of those figures, not a DGT classification or a journey time.
Bus routes, stops and roads are as mapped by OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL); traffic readings are the Dirección General de Tráfico's open detector publication. The map is as complete as those sources: a stop or a line missing there is missing here.
The Dirección General de Tráfico's detector publication could not be read at 04:40, so no reading is shown for Torrox. That is the source not answering: it says nothing about the road, and it is not the detectors reporting nothing. The publication is read again the next time this page is opened.
Clavy's reading of DGT detector measurements across the mainline lanes of one carriageway, not a DGT classification: congested from 30% mean occupancy or below 30 km/h, heavy from 18% or below 50 km/h, busy from 9% or 1300 vehicles an hour per lane, flowing otherwise, and no reading when no lane has reported within 20 minutes. A speed counts only from 300 vehicles an hour per lane or with occupancy at the busy mark, and an occupancy more than three times what the measured flow and speed imply is treated as a faulty sensor.
